春卷皮、猪后腿肉丁、虾仁、笋丝、韭黄末、冬菇丁、肥肉
做法:
1、笋丝用水煮过,去掉酸涩味后,冲冷水,再用干净的棉布将水份吸干,切细丁备用。
2、虾仁洗净后加入猪后腿肉丁、淀粉、盐,用手拌打至有粘性,再加入调味料搅拌均匀即成馅料。
3、将面粉均匀混合成面糊备用。
4、将每张春卷皮包入少量馅料卷成春卷形状,然后用面糊封口,再用高温油炸至金黄色即可。
