方法:取新生(出生24h内)SD乳鼠四肢骨髓分离培养OC,实验组加入不同(高、中、低)剂量的补肾中药血清,对照组采用无中药血清,采用酶动力学法测定培养上清中抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate resistant acid phosphatase,TRACP)的活性;利用甲苯胺蓝对骨吸收陷窝染色并在图像分析仪下测定骨吸收陷窝的面积和数目。

重吸收作用
肾小管的一种生理功能。指原尿流经肾小管和集合管时,水分、葡萄糖、氨基酸及各种离子重新返回血液的过程。重吸收有两种方式,分为主动重吸收和被动重吸收。主动重吸收是指肾小管上皮细胞能逆着电化学差,将小管内溶质主动转运到小管外组织间液的过程。被动重吸收是指小管液中的水和溶质,依靠物理和化学机制通过肾小管上皮细胞进入小管外组织液的过程。
