原料:
乌鸡一只，当归、熟地、白勺、知母、地骨皮各15克，葱、姜、盐、味精适量。
做法:
1乌鸡洗净，五味药材洗净切片，并用单层纱布裹好备用。
2将将药物塞入鸡腹、扎紧，置于锅内，加水1500好毫升，上笼旺火蒸2小时。取出药物，加调味品，复蒸10分钟。
