Methods:The serum IL-10 level of 54 patients who had infected with Hepatitis B,including 21 HBV carriers and 33 chronic HBV patients(12 patients with mild degree,21 patients with moderate or serious degree),were detected by ELISA.
方法:分离54例HBV感染者临床血清标本,其中无症状携带者21例,慢性乙肝患者33例(轻度12例,中、重度21例)。

方法:分离63例HBV感染者血清(无症状携带者组21例,慢性乙肝患者轻度组和中、重度组各21例),双抗体夹心法ELISA定量检测血清的IL-10、IFN-γ及IL-2表达水平,10例健康献血者为对照组。
