Methods Collect 111 prostatectomy specimens cases during 2001～2005,including 39 prostate adenocarcinoma specimens,29 high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias(HGPIN)specimens,3 atypical adenomatous hyperplasia(AAH)specimens,40 benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)specimens.
方法:收集2001~2005年111例前列腺手术切除标本,其中前列腺腺癌39例,高级别前列腺上皮内瘤(high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasias,HGPIN)29例,非典型性腺瘤样增生(atypical adenomatous hyperplasia,AAH)3例,前列腺结节性增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)40例。
补充资料：脂肪瘤
| 脂肪瘤 lipoma 由增生的成熟脂肪组织形成的良性肿瘤。多见于40～50岁的成年人。瘤体质地柔软，圆形或分叶状，位于皮下，可以推动；瘤体大小不等，小的如枣大，用手摸方能触知，大的可隆起皮面，但表面皮肤正常。肿瘤单发或多发，见于体表的任何部位，以肩、背、腹部为多见。多无自觉症状。血管脂肪瘤为一特殊类型的脂肪瘤，以年轻人较为多见，好发于下肢，可自觉疼痛，触之亦有压痛。组织病理学检查时，在瘤体内除了可见大片成熟的脂肪细胞外，还可见到多数增生的血管，整个瘤体的境界清楚。脂肪瘤极少癌变，一般无需治疗；若瘤体较大，影响活动，或近期内突然增大或发生破溃，则应手术切除。 |
