动脉血液不经毛细血管直接流入静脉的过程，见于严重感染性休克的微循环障碍。微血管强烈收缩，周围阻力增高，使正常关闭的动静脉短路开放，部分血液由微动脉直接进入微静脉而不经毛细血管，微循环的灌注量大为减少，造成毛细血管网缺血、缺氧。临床表现有低血压、酸中毒、心率加快、脉细速，严重者出现烦躁不安、意识不清、呼吸表浅等。
