AchE
先天性巨结肠患儿的直肠肌间神经丛和黏膜下层神经丛内神经节细胞阙如，盆丛的副交感神经纤维在肌间大量增生，释放大量的乙酰胆碱。因此测定直肠黏膜的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)，在先天性巨结肠的狭窄部(无神经节细胞段)可见AchE阳性的副交感神经纤维，常于近黏膜肌层最丰富，染色颗粒呈深褐色。而在正常直肠黏膜内AchE反应为阴性。直肠黏膜AchE活性检查分为定性和定量测定，对诊断先天性巨结肠均很有价值，诊断准确率达95%以上。
