性质:商品透明质酸为其钠盐形式,即透明质酸钠(简称SH)。它为白色纤维状或粉末状固体,有很强的吸湿性,溶于水,不溶于醇、酮、乙醚等有机溶剂。它的水溶液带负电,高浓度时有很高的粘弹性和渗透压。HA很容易因为酸、碱或加热处理而分解;在铁、铜等金属离子和抗坏血酸或半胱氨酸等还原剂共存下,经氧自由基、χ射线、γ射线、紫外线和超声波作用而降解;它还可以被透明质酸酶和硫酸软骨素酶分解。高分子量的HA在酶、酸、加热等条件下,可低分子化,此外HA水溶液是一种非牛顿型流体,有着良好的粘弹性和流变形。基于HA特殊的性能,HA可以广泛的应用于医药、化妆品和保健食品当中。在目前,HA主要应用于临床治疗、诊断、化妆品基质以及营养保健品等方面。商品HA一般为其钠盐形式,其他金属盐如锌盐很少应用。药用HA的质量标准要求较高,化妆品和保健食品用HA次之。
