Objective To explore the effects of oxidative stress on the expression of cell cycle and apoptosis-regulatory protein-1(CCAR1) in lung epithelial type Ⅱ cells.
目的探讨氧化应激对肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞中促凋亡基因细胞周期和凋亡调控蛋白1(CCAR1)表达的影响。

即仅对增殖周期中的某一期有较强作用的抗癌药。羟基脲、阿糖胞苷、甲氨蝶呤等抗代谢类药物对S期细胞作用显著；长春碱、长春新碱、秋水仙碱等植物药主要作用于M期。肾上腺糖皮质激素作用于G1期(对淋巴细胞而言）。CCSA的作用强度并不与剂量成对数关系，而受处于周期或其中某一阶段的细胞数的限制。当达到一定剂量后，再增药量，并不能按比例增加对细胞的杀伤能力。
