extracorporeal circultion
应用特殊机械装置,将血液自体内引至体外进行循环的方法。一般指"心肺体外循环"。1953年Giobbon首次用于临床。简单讲体外循环是将静脉血引到体外*人工心肺机的氧合器(人工肺脏)内进行氧合,使之成为动脉血。再经血泵 (人工心脏)送回体内动脉,从而代替心肺维持全身血液循环和呼吸功能,使全身血液暂时改道不流过心脏和肺脏,便于施行*心脏内直视手术。目前已广泛应用于心外科手术。
