细胞性斑痣的一类。其在表皮中间层出现梭形或星状细胞，细胞内有褐色素颗粒，来自胚胎期中的神经嵴，无恶性倾向。斑为色素的堆积，以广大、小块或大片状出现于皮肤上，出生即有，稍大可退去。多位于腰骶部，亦可见于其他部位，或呈多发性。色为黄色、蓝灰色到淡黑色。成年人亦可见，且逐渐扩大面积。一般无需治疗。
