目的 观察急性心肌缺血时大鼠丘脑束旁核（parafascicular nucleus，Pf）μ1-阿片受体（μ1-opioid receptor，MOR1）mRNA和5-羟色胺1A受体（5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 1A，5-HT1A receptor）mRNA不同时点表达的变化以及吗啡(Morphine)和曲马多(Tramadol，TMD)预先痛觉干预对其表达的影响，探讨MOR1和5-HT1A受体在丘脑束旁核痛觉整合和调制中的作用，以期为急性心肌缺血损伤的痛觉干预保护治疗提供进一步的实验依据。

The serial of ten Pekin ducks brain which were stained by Nissl method,Luxol fast blue-Cresyl violet method were used to observed the morphology andcytoarchitecture of the Colliculus mesencephali and the nucleus of it.
利用10只北京鸭脑制成的连续切片，经Nissl，Luxol固兰──克紫法染色，光镜观察中脑丘及其内部的神经核团的形态及细胞构筑，结果表明：北京鸭的中脑立分为13个小层次，总体划成5个大层；峡核由大细胞部和小细胞部构成，且小细胞部的细胞组成有很大差异；半圆丘结构及半月状核与其它禽类相似。
