【制法】
取国家批准的出血热Ⅰ型病毒，接种于3日龄乳鼠，待发病后取脑，研磨，制成生产毒 种。选取 10～20日龄健康沙鼠，无菌取肾，剪碎，经胰蛋白酶消化制成细胞悬液，接种培养瓶培养，待细胞长 成致密单 层时，接种生产毒种，在适当温度培育一定时间后，弃去生长液，更换维持液继续培养，病变达到 50％以上 归，滤过，收获病毒液，经β-丙内酯灭活病毒后加入硫柳汞，合并滤过，加入氢氧化铝，分装制成。
【性状】
本品为橘红色混悬液体，静置形成可摇散的沉淀。
【鉴别】
取本品，照《中国生物制品规程》效价测定试验法确证其为Ⅰ型肾综合征出血热病毒。
【检查】
照《中国生物制品规程》规定的方法检查如下项目。 pH值 应为7.2～8.0。 硫柳汞 不得过0.01％。 氢氧化铝 每1ml不得过0.7mg。 残余牛血清蛋白 每1ml不得过50ng。 异常毒性 取本品，依法检查，应符合规定。 无菌 取本品，用直接接种法检查，应符合规定。
【效价测定】
取本品，照《中国生物制品规程》蚀斑减少中和试验法进行，测定4只经疫苗免疫家 兔血清 的中和抗体，至少3只家兔血清中和抗体不低于1:10。
