急性血源性骨髓炎
化脓菌经血行侵袭骨髓内结缔组织所引起的炎症。骨髓受侵后，早期改变为骨髓的蜂窝织炎，继之形成多发性小脓肿，脓液穿过扩大的哈弗管及伏克曼管，聚积在骨膜下，形成骨膜下脓肿，同时附近软组织亦出现炎性浸润及水肿，1～2周后，骨皮质有明显破坏，可致骨质坏死。表现为局部红肿、无痛、活动受限，常伴严重的全身中毒症状。必须尽早采用大剂量抗生素治疗，患肢用石膏或皮牵引固定于功能位以保证休息。加强支持疗法，重者需手术引流。
