tumor of anterior mediastinum

生长在前纵隔的肿瘤。纵隔畸胎瘤较少见。可发生于任何年龄,以20~40岁多见。常见为皮样囊肿和畸胎瘤。多位于心脏和主动脉弓交接处前方,少数位置较高接近前上纵隔,多向一侧纵隔突出。体积小的畸胎瘤,多无症状,常在X线检查时偶然发现。畸胎瘤恶变倾向较皮样囊肿大。以手术切除为主。
