心动周期 cardiac cycle 心脏每收缩和舒张一次构成一个心动周期。心脏舒张时内压降低,腔静脉血液回流入心;心脏收缩时内压升高,将血液泵到动脉。一个心动周期中首先是两心房收缩,其中右心房的收缩略先于左心房。心房开始舒张后两心室收缩,而左心室的收缩略先于右心室。在心室舒张的后期心房又开始收缩。心室的收缩是推动血流的主要力量,习惯上以心室舒缩的起止作为心动周期的标志,把心室的收缩期叫做收缩期。心室的舒张期叫做舒张期。 心脏泵血的周期性导致下列各种变化的周期现象:如心内压与血管内压、心房与心室的容积、心内瓣膜的启闭,血流速度等周期变化。这些变化驱使血液在血管内沿着一定的方向流动。在心动周期中还伴有心电、心音、动静脉搏动等周期变化。它们反映着心脏的功能状态。心电、心音、脉搏的异常是诊断心血管疾患的重要依据。 |
