颈椎间盘突出
颈部椎间盘的髓核或部分软骨盘向椎管突出。根据突出位置不同,可分为侧方型、旁中央型、中央型三类,引起神经根或脊髓的刺激和压迫。由于最常见的是颈5~6或颈6~7的椎间盘或同时两者向后外突出,因而产生该侧臂神经根受累症状。常见原因是颈部突然扭伤或负重。本病多见于青壮年,主要表现是急性或亚急性出现的颈、肩和背痛,向一侧上肢放射,当颈部过度侧弯、咳嗽或打喷嚏时疼痛加剧,颈部僵直、活动受限,该侧拇、食指或食、中指常有麻木或胀痛。中央型者没有颈神经根受累症状,以脊髓后索受损症状为主,严重者可发生瘫痪。治疗同"颈椎病"。
