closed thoracic drainage
适用于张力性气胸及脓胸。引流前首先要定位，气胸时一般在积气最高部位(通常是锁骨中线上第2肋间），脓胸时穿刺点在患侧腋中线第6～7肋间。定位后局部皮肤消毒麻醉，切开皮层放置胸膜引流管，连接水封瓶，有时尚用负压吸引装置，促使肺膨胀，要注意护理，保持管道通畅。
