　　本瘤来自原始多能胚胎性组织，既能向胚内又能向胚外结构分化，常见αFP及hCG均阳性。肿瘤大小不等，包膜较薄，也可自然破裂。切面灰白，常有出血坏死，镜下可找到多核巨细胞，但无SD小体，有时可见胚胎样小体。治疗以手术为主，术后辅以化疗。如以上肿瘤标记物阳性，可用之监测病情。预后较内胚窦瘤好。
