大网膜移植术
omental transfer
是指采用大网膜移植到受区，修复受区的缺损和功能。临床多采用带蒂的形式移植到受区去，以保存大网膜的血运，达到修复的目的。如消化性溃疡穿孔修复手术时，将带蒂的大网膜移植到穿孔区，以加强修复手术，还可移植到肾包膜、心包膜、缺血的骨髓、缺血的下肢或水肿的下肢，以增加局部血运，引流其血运及淋巴回流，改善受区功能。20世纪60年代以来，还采用吻合胃网膜动脉的大网膜移植术覆盖不规则的创面、皮肤缺损，填充骨髓炎手术后的死腔，覆盖撕脱头皮后的大创面等都取得良好疗效。其缺点是要剖腹手术，有时会引起粘连性肠梗阻。近年来较少用。详见“吻合血管的大网膜移植术”条目。
