信息反馈疗法(informati。n feedbaek)一种用于改善人际互动关系的方法。这种方法于20世纪60年代诞生在美国加州大学的心理系门诊。他们在儿童心理问题咨询研究时，发现家长若能自我识别自己对孩子产生不良影响的行为并进行改变，孩子生活的人际关系环境就会改善，从而使儿童的不良行为得到减轻。因为许多行为不但对自己无益，还对其他人有害。信息反馈技术使人们主动和客观地了解自己的行为对人际关系互动中的影响，并从中得到新的信息，获得新行为的选择。具体方法现常用的有两种:一种借助于摄像机，把其音容笑貌、互动方式等摄录其中，让其自我发现那些不良的行为和自我知觉。另一种则借助于形容词评定表和行为问卷，让家长、老师来评定人际行为产生的背景、频率和范围，借此引发视觉图像，使家长、老师明确自己的行为造成的不良后果，从而促使其改变行为，改变人际关系。这种方法也用于解决家庭问题和各种社区机构。 (徐云撰梁宝勇审)
