脾胃论
《脾胃论》，李杲撰，三卷，1249年成书，为其晚年之作，也是集中反映他学术理论的代表著作，刊行于李氏身后。
全书由医论38篇，方论63篇组成，分上、中、下三卷。上卷分别阐述了脾胃生理特性，病理变化，及在发病学上的认识意义，宗《内经》、《难经》之旨而发挥之，并附升阳益胃汤等诸方论述各证治疗之法；中卷就气运衰旺、饮食劳倦热中证等专题作进一步阐发，并译述补中益气汤、调中益气汤等补脾胃诸方的主治应用、加减配伍；下卷着重论述脾胃虚损与其他脏腑、九窍的关系，以治疗饮食伤脾等证诸方、有关治验。
全书遵崇《内经》“人以水谷为本”的宗旨，以“人以胃气为本’的思想为基础，着力阐发“内伤脾胃，百病由生”的病机理论，倡导培补脾土、潜降阴火的治则思想，形成较为系统的脾胃内伤病的辨证论治理论体系。书中用方虽多延用《内外伤辨惑论》，但又作了进一步的理论阐发，总以培土补中，甘温除热，甘寒泻火为原则。
