【Methods】 CTD children with and without comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) as well as normal controls were assessed by integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT).

[Objective] To testify the objective significance and clinical value of integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test( IVA-CPT) on diagnosis of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and to explore the relationship of lead exposure and trace mineral elements with attention impairment of children.
【目的】探讨铅暴露和微量元素血锌铁与儿童注意损害之间的关系;验证视听整合持续性操作测验(integratedvisualandauditorycontinuousperformancetest,IVA-CPT)在诊断儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attentiondeficit-hyperactivitydisorder,ADHD)上的客观意义和临床价值。

Methods:313 children of ADHD diagnosed by IVA-CPT,which had the normal IQ and measured up the diagnosis of DSM-Ⅳ were test to analyze and discuss the visual/auditory attention and response control ability by t test and F test.
目的:利用IVA-CPT注意力测评软件检测ADHD儿童,了解ADHD儿童各种类型听视觉注意力和控制能力受损的程度,有针对性的制定干预计划,促进ADHD儿童的早日康复。

This study aimed to explore the efficacy of electroencephalographic (EEG) biofeedback therapy for ADHD in children by assessing the changes of the ratio of brain θ to β waves and the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVA-CPT).
该研究通过观察θ/β比值的变化、结合整和视听连续执行测试(integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test,IVA-CPT)进行评估,探讨脑电生物反馈对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的治疗效果。

performance test
操作测验(performanee test)系一类心理测验，即测验除指导语外，所有测验项目的表示和回答等均不用词语，而只用图画或一定动作。最早的操作测验是为未上过学的受试者而编，例如陆军乙种测验便是一例。后来则超过了此目的，对某些有言语障碍的受试者可用操作测验;为了测验操作能力也用，例如韦氏智力量表中便有操作量表，其目的是为了测量操作智力。 (龚攀先撰林传燕审)
