Research object:To investigate if spleen stomach sanjiao Back-Shu and Front-Mu point compatibility acupoint catgut embedding therapy and partial selection point acupoint catgut embedding therapy has the same intervention effect with spleen deficiency in patients with central obesity type in obesity-related indicators and spleen deficiency symptoms score.
研究目的:观察脾胃三焦俞募配穴埋线疗法与局部取穴埋线疗法对中心性肥胖患者的肥胖相关指标及脾虚症状的干预效果。

埋植疗法 埋植疗法 在穴位皮下埋留异物以治疗疾病的方法。又称埋藏疗法。埋留羊肠线或药物者，又可特称为“埋线疗法”或“埋药疗法”。临床操作时，首先选择经过灭菌处理的异物，对施术部位常规消毒，如施行埋线，可以外科缝皮针或腰椎穿刺针进行，应注意将线完全埋入皮下，线端不可露出皮肤。如埋植钢圈或药物，则需将皮肤作一0.5-1厘米的切口，割除少量脂肪组织后，埋入钢圈或药物，缝合皮肤，包敷固定。术中应严格无菌操作，防止感染，术后如有局部疼痛、低热、疲乏、全身不适等反应时，一般无需处理，可自行消失。如有感染或反应过重，则应另行处理。每20-30天埋留一次。本法适于治疗哮喘，慢性支气管炎，慢性胃病，消化性溃疡，慢性肠胃炎，癫痫，腰腿痛，关节炎，小儿麻痹后遗症等。
