单纯结扎法
单纯结扎法 医疗技术名。治疗肛门内痔仅只用结扎疗法者。其法系经肛门部位清洁消毒，在局部麻醉条件下，使内痔暴露于术野，以丝线或药线在内痔之根部结扎，绝其血脉，促其痿缩坏死脱落。术后用凡士林纱布条于肛内，并内服麻仁丸防止大便燥结。适于二、三期内痔之治疗。
