单座位复等位基因同工酶是指同一座位上的不同等位基因所编码的酶蛋白。例如胎盘碱性磷酸酶(placental alkaline phosphatase,plap)是一种典型的复等位基因编码的酶,plap为二聚体,基因定位于2q37,依电泳速度可分3种变异型即慢(s)、中(i)、快(f)型,它们受3个复等位基因pls、pli及plf控制,每种基因分别编码s、i、f三种同工酶(g6pd)和腺苷酸激酸(ak)的同工酶即属此类。
