食管双重对比造影
X线检查方法之一。70年代在常规食管造影基础上发展起来并沿用至今的检查方法。吞服一定量的硫酸钡混悬液及气体(多服用发泡剂)，于食管腔内形成双重对比的检查方法。如应用低张药物辅助则效果尤佳。临床主要用于显示早期食管癌。该方法需采用多轴位摄片，对所用对比剂有较严格要求。
