For the convenience of clinical work and improvement of surgical operation method, protecting vital structure ,improve the safety of the surgical operation, extend the orientation of operation and reduce operation complications in sellar region through single nostril transsphenoidal approach .
目的:通过对成人湿性头颅标本的解剖和数据测量,了解蝶鞍区显微解剖结构及其与周围组织的关系,量化蝶窦、垂体窝和垂体窝旁组织结构,为单鼻孔经蝶入路到鞍区的显微解剖提供准确数据,以利于术中保护重要组织结构,增加手术的安全性和可操作性,提高手术的成功率,减少手术后的并发症。

Conclusion The sellar region tumor can cause decreased visual acuity,visual field defect,optic atrophy,and eye movement disorders and other clinical manifestations of the eye,for the case of unexplained drop in visual acuity,should be a comprehensive fundus,the field of vision and CT examination,to prevent the sellar region Cancer missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis.
目的探讨蝶鞍区肿瘤的眼部临床表现。

Objective To explore more direct,safe and minimally invasive approach under endoscopy to treat the diseases in sphenoid sinus and sellar area.
目的探讨鼻内镜下处理蝶鞍区疾病更直接、安全、微创、有效的手术方法。

Methods: The structures in nasal cavity and sphenoidal sinus were observed and measured in 25 adult cadaveric head specimens and the structures in sphenoidal sinus and sellar area were observed under the operating endoscope in 9 fresh adult cadaveric head specimens.
方法 :对 2 5例成人头部固定标本进行鼻道及蝶窦底的解剖测量 ,并对 9具新鲜尸头进行内窥镜下经鼻蝶至蝶鞍的解剖观察。
