又称“食管-胃转流吻合术”。指将胃底与食管癌肿近食管行侧-侧吻合术。用于食管癌或贲门癌开胸探查，不能做根治切除术而又有严重下咽困难，需解决从口进食维持营养的患者。对中段食管癌，游离大部分胃，结扎切断胃左动脉、胃短动脉、胃网膜左动脉，游离下段食管，将胃底拉到胸腔在主动脉弓上方与近侧食管吻合。对下段食管癌及贲门癌，游离胃底及胃大弯部分，将胃底提到胸腔，在膈上方主动脉弓下方行食管胃侧-侧吻合。并发症为吻合口瘘。
