Objective:To observe the expression of nuclear factor-кB(NF-кB) in the hepatic tissue of hepatic fibrosis rats and the intervention of Zhuanggan Zhuyu Jian,and to investigate the suppressive effects of Zhuanggan Zhuyu Jian on hepatic fibrosis in rat model.
目的:观察肝纤维化大鼠肝组织中核转录因子-kB(NF-кB)mRNA的表达及壮肝逐瘀煎的干预作用,探讨壮肝逐瘀煎在分子机制调控方面抗肝纤维化的作用机理。
