The purpose of this study was to design an antibody screening method based on the micro column gel indirect anti globulin technique (MGIAT), using pooled cells and plasma, by comparison with the conventional indirect anti globulin technique(CIAT) combined with a two stage papain technique, and to explore the feasibility of the use of plasma instead of serum as test material.
为了建立微柱凝胶间接抗球蛋白法筛选与鉴定不规则抗体的实验方法 ,探索采用血浆代替血清进行抗体筛选的可行性 ,采用多人份标准红细胞混合检测不规则抗体法 ,并与传统抗球蛋白法加木瓜蛋白酶两步法进行了对比 ;采用微柱凝胶间接抗球蛋白法对我院受血者抗凝标本进行抗体筛选。
