本论文是以天然迷迭香为原料,采用蒸馏、匀浆、脱色、柱层析等一系列提取手段对迷迭香抗氧化成份鼠尾草酸进行分离纯化,并应用响应面优化软件对匀浆提取过程进行条件优化,摸索出能够兼顾迷迭香主要抗氧化活性成分鼠尾草酸、鼠尾草酚和迷迭香酸三者都具有较高得率和纯度的最佳匀浆条件,并对粗提物进行进一步柱层析纯化,最终得到较高纯度的鼠尾草酸产品。
