中医工具书。江苏新医学院第一附属医院编。此书分概论、各论两大部分。概论简要介绍了中医基本理论，分章叙述了四诊、八纲，辨证施治概要，常用中草药等基本知识。各论则分章叙述了常见症状的诊断，内、外、妇、儿及五官科常见病多发病200余个病证。各科所述病种，多采用现代医学病名，每篇之首，对中西医病名均作了初步的对照联系，并简要叙述中医病因病理，对每个病种的辨证施治，则多按证候分类分型。书末附有方剂索引。1972年由人民卫生出版社出版。
