Objective To improve the cure ratio on operation of aboral replantation with young permanent teeth, we apply the therapy experience from replantation of broken-finger which includes anti-infection, anti-cruor and anti-vessel-hyperkinesia known as Three-anti-therapy, appendingly mending nerves, for aboral young permanent teeth replantation.

Methods 120 teeth with pulp-periodontal syndrome in 120 cases aged over 40years were reviewed.
