| 汤剂 将药物用煎煮或浸泡去渣取汁的方法制成的液体剂型。又称汤液。中医应用最早的剂型。制备简单易行，溶媒来源广；无刺激性及副作用；吸收快，易发挥疗效，便于随证加减，能较全面、灵活地照顾每个病人或各种病证特殊性。 汤剂按制备方法可分为煮剂、煎剂、煮散、沸水泡药等4种类型。①煮剂。经过一定温度和加热时间，将药物煎煮去渣所得的液体剂型，具有吸水快、奏效迅速、作用强的特点。②煎剂。将煎煮去渣的药液，再加热浓缩所得的液体剂型。具有药液浓度高，药物毒性弱的特点。③煮散。先将药物加工成粗颗粒，然后水煮去渣取汁。具有节省药材，便于煎服，可溶性有效成分煎出率高的特点。④沸水泡药。用沸水浸泡药物，去渣所得的液体剂型。具有药液味薄气清，擅清上焦热邪的特点。 汤剂的用途比较广泛，可供内服和外用。内服，主要是口服，治疗各种疾病。外用，多作洗浴、熏蒸、含嗽等，治疗风寒湿痹、皮肤疾患、口腔和咽喉疾患等。 |
