Objective To evaluate the role of 7,12-dimethyl-1,2-benzanthracene (DMBA) implantation in pancreas of rats in induction of pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN) and pancreatic carcinoma, and establish an animal model with pathological characteristics of human pancreas carcinoma.
