民族医学史著作。巴·吉格木德编。全书分3章，分别论述12世纪以前、古代蒙医(13～16世纪)及近代蒙医(16～20世纪)的发展概况，重点叙述萨满教对蒙医影响，及饮食疗法、酸马奶疗法、正骨术、皮疗，也涉及一些方、药、临床医学和医疗制度、医学教育等，重要蒙医药学家包括占布拉道尔吉、伊舍巴勒只尔、贡布扎布、伊希丹金旺吉勒、贡布扎布等，及蒙医药著作如《方海》、《珊瑚验方》、《白露医法从新》等共数十种。书末附有21幅蒙医药文物照片，是一部较系统的蒙医学简史。1985年由内蒙古人民出版社出版。
