结论:不同病因致OAB症状大鼠的膀胱病理改变不同;OAB症状膀胱上P2X1,P2X3受体表达量均显著高于正常大鼠,其中P2X1主要表达于逼尿肌,P2X3受体主要表达于膀胱上皮,P2X1,P2X3受体表达量的改变可能和OAB症状关系密切,可能为不同病因致OAB症状的共同分子生物学机制之一;对P2X1,P2X3受体在OAB症状中的分子生物学机制的深入研究,可能为将来开发新型缓解临床膀胱过度活动症状药物提理论基础。
