Five novel piperazine derivatives,1,4-di(dithiocarbamate acteate)piperazine were synthesized as ashless and non-phosphorus environmentally friendly lubricating oil additives.
合成了5种新型无灰无磷环境友好润滑油添加剂1,4-双(二硫代甲酸乙酸酯基)哌嗪衍生物,采用1HNMR、13CNMR、IR、UV-vis、MS和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,在热重分析仪上考察了其热稳定性能,并利用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其在液体石蜡中的极压性能和抗磨性能。

Six piperazine derivatives,1,4-di(dithiocarbamate acteate)piperazines,named 2a,2b,2c,2d,2e,2f,were synthesized from the reaction of piperazine with carbon disulfide and chloroacetate,whose structures and thermal stability were determined by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR,UV-Vis,MS,elemental analysis and thermogravimetric apparatus,respectively.

性质：又称羟苯哌嗪。白色结晶性粉末，得自苯溶液，熔点105℃或108℃，溶于稀乙酸、氯仿。S型为白色因体，得自丙酮，熔点98～100℃。R型晶亦得自丙酮，熔点104～105℃。以苯胺为起始原料制得。本品通过对支气管平滑肌产生松弛作用，从而达到改善肺功能。本品为中枢性镇咳药，亦有镇静作用。副作用毒性较低，可见嗜睡等副作用，大剂量对敏感病人可发生体位性低血压。
