Coombs试验
Coombs test
又称“抗人球蛋白试验”。以受检血红细胞的2%悬浊液2滴，与等量免抗人球蛋白血清充分混匀，置37℃孵育30分钟后，以1000T/min，离心2分钟。若红细胞表面包围有250～500个IgG分子，则发生凝集，即试验阳性。正常小儿红细胞表面附着的IgG少于40个分子；若IgG分子在40～250之间，可引起溶血，但试验直接反应呈阴性。亦可同时作间接试验，以测定血清中有否游离性不完全抗体。本试验直接、间接反应阳性均表明溶血为自身免疫性。用于胎性母红细胞血症、其他自身免疫性溶血及布氏杆菌病的诊断。
