适应症：
用于脑血管病、脑动脉硬化、脑外伤后遗症、脑软化、中风后遗症、大脑发育不全、痴呆或老年性痴呆、以记忆力衰退为主要表现的神经衰弱等。颅脑手术后、脑震荡后遗症、顽固性抑郁及癫痛等亦可用。
用量用法：
静脉注射：每次１０ｍｌ。常用静滴，以本品１０～３０ｍｌ加入等渗盐水２５０ｍｌ中缓慢滴注，１～２小时滴完。开始时每日１次，随后每周２～３次或每日１次滴注，连用８～１０日。可根据病情，１０～２０次为１疗程。皮下注射：每次２ｍｌ；肌肉注射每次５ｍｌ。
注意事项：
1.一般对本品能很好耐受。如注射速度过快，可能引起发热，偶有过敏反应，如恶寒寒战等。 2.严重肾功能不全者及孕妇禁用。 3.过敏体质者慎用。
