超声心动图检查
echo cardiography
是应用超声回波的原理来检测心脏结构和功能的一种非侵入性心脏检查方法。超声探头发射具有良好指向性的超声波,直线传播到心脏与大血管,当遇到心脏和大血管的结构时,发生反射和折射,由接收系统形成图像。它可以提供重要的心脏解剖结构及血流动力学信息,具有无创、安全和价廉的优点,已成为临床心血管疾病诊断中不可缺少的手段。目前临床常用的心脏超声诊断技术主要有4种:即①M型超声心动图;②两维超声心动图;③心脏超声造影;④多普勒超声心动图。
