【处方】
牛黄 100g 水牛角浓缩粉 200g 麝香 25g 珍珠 50g 朱砂 100g 雄黄 100g 黄连 100g 黄芩 100g 栀子 100g 郁金 100g 冰片 25g
【制法】
以上十一味，珍珠水飞或粉碎成极细粉,朱砂、雄黄分别水飞成极细粉； 黄连、黄芩、栀子、郁金香粉碎成细粉；将牛黄、水牛角浓缩粉、麝香、冰片研细，与 上述粉末配研，过筛，混匀，即得。
【性状】
本品为黄色至黄橙色的粉末；气芳香浓郁，味苦。
【鉴别】
取本品，照安宫牛黄丸项下的鉴别法试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
应符合散剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【功能与主治】
清热解毒，镇惊开窍。用于热病高热烦躁，神昏谵语；中风昏迷 及脑炎、脑膜炎，中毒性脑病，脑出血，败血症等具有上述症状者。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次1.6g,一日1 次；小儿三岁以内一次0.4g,四岁至六岁 一次0.8g,一日1次，或遵医嘱。
【注意】
孕妇慎用。
