Objective]To study the effects of low intensity noise operation on neurobehavioral functions of male workers.

The micronucleus rats of peripheral blood lymphocytes and WBC in 84 male workers exposed to Diphenyl Methane Diisocyante (MDI) was measured while 96 male workers were as control group.

Analysis on influencing factor model show that,there exist great gender difference in perceiving the influence of factors such as conflict,health,interpersonal relationship,promotion,salary and training development in professional development,and male staff s perception on the factor of health is stronger than female,and other factors impact on male staff are all less than female.
