1.因眼珠小而四周皆露眼白。旧时相者认为人有此相则死于刀兵之灾;又以为妇人有此相则与人奸乱。汉王符《潜夫论．相列》:"《易》之《说卦》:巽，为人多白眼。相扬四白者，兵死。"汪继培劐笺引王先生云:"四白，谓睛之上下左右皆露白，《易》所谓'多白眼'也。相妇人法:目有四白，五夫守宅。见《唐书．方技．袁天纲传》。"又北周郎中裴珪妾赵氏目有四白，相者张璟藏劐谓其"终以奸废"，后应验。见唐张鷟《朝野佥载》卷一。 2.指商山四皓。 3.经穴名。属足阳明胃经。位于下眼睑下一寸，当眶下孔处。
