Survey and analysis on computer talents training standard of higher vocational education;

The higher vocational education is an important constituent in our country higher education system.

According to the teaching requirements for Economic Mathematics in the talent cultivation modes of higher vocational education,the current situation of Economic Mathematics in higher vocational education should be understood to clearly define its status.

Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College has made a great achievement in the construction of vocational education teaching system for the major of Hydropower construction project,which is focused on the ability and application,so as to meet the demand of the forefront of manufacturing,construction,management and servicing units for applied qulity talents.

With the expansion of vocational education’s scope, its educational quality becomes the hot topic to which the people generally pay attention.

The aim of vocational education is to help students obtain jobs,and students are required to be trained with different skills.

According to the characteristics and the status quo of higher vocational and technical education, oriented to obtain employment, it analyses and explores the theory and practice of the teaching reform about architectural cartography course of the higher vocational and technical education and proposes teaching content system consistent with the market needs.

Nowadays,there exist some prominent problems in higher vocational and technical education in Gansu province: 13 types of specialties appear the phenomena of educational excess;the scale of specialty of educational type is excessively larger;specialty structure isn t adaptable to backbone specialties.

Through comparative study on higher vocational and technical education and current develop-ment between China and foreign countries,on basis of harnessing a lot of the latest materials,this paper explores major contents,principles,methods as well as some notable issues of teaching assessment in our higher vocational and technical education in21century.

Higher Technical and Vocational education has its own characteristics,its goal is mainly focus on the social demand and the society needs.

This paper takes Guangdong Province as example,inquires into the position and role as well as problems of higher technical and vocational education,and offers some suggestions on province public finance policy.

In comparison with students in secondary normal schools,students majoring pre-school education in higher technical and vocational level have more theoretical knowledge in education,but they are less talented in professional skills than the former.
