Objective: A sustained-release microsphere was prepared by using Silk Fibroin(SF) and Chitosan(CS)as carriers and Diclofenac Sodium(DS) as model medicine,based on porous structure of SF and excellent plasticity of CS.
目的:本文利用丝素蛋白特殊孔性结构以及壳聚糖优良成型性的特性,选用非甾体抗炎药双氯芬酸钠(Diclofenac Sodium ,DS)作为模型药物,以丝素蛋白(Silk Fibroin ,SF)和天然材料壳聚糖(Chitosan ,CS)制备双氯芬酸钠丝素蛋白/壳聚糖缓释微球(DS-SF/CS -MS),通过两者之间的键合作用形成复合体,利用微球溶胀特性,增强药物在体内的作用时间,减少DS对胃肠道的刺激,降低毒副作用,延长作用时间,提高其顺应性。

介入放射学技术。介入性局部化疗之前,把二者注入靶动脉,可暂时减少动脉血流,再行化疗药物灌注,以减少血液冲刷,保持局部化疗药物浓度的技术。与其他中期和长期栓塞微球不同,DSM和BAM仅造成数十分钟的血流量减少,待其被降解后血流可恢复至以前水平。
