Objective: To analyze mucin of gastric carcinoma and intestinal metaplasia secrected, to study which kind of mucin is closely relative with gastricarcinoma, which is helpful for finding early gastric carcinoma.
方法:应用粘液组织化学方法(阿利辛蓝-雪夫氏法和高铁二胺-阿利辛蓝法),对75例胃癌和60例慢性胃炎伴肠上皮化生所含粘液物质进行染色,将胃癌分为肠型(酸性粘液)及胃型(中性粘液),将肠化分为大肠型(硫酸粘液)及小肠型(唾液酸粘液)。
