RESULTS: To analyse the mass spectrum of every liquid chromatography peaks,we identified 18 molecular mass from the ion chromatogram of Shuanghuanglian Injection Powder,9 compounds were identified,including quinic acid,caffeic acid,three monocaffeoylquinic acids,dicaffeoylquinic acid,forsythin,forsythoside and baicalin.
结果:通过质谱分析及文献对照,从双黄连粉针图谱中共准确推断18个峰的分子量,鉴定出9个化合物,分别为奎尼酸、咖啡酸、三种单咖啡酰奎尼酸、异绿原酸、连翘苷、连翘酯苷、黄芩苷。
