关节面
即构成关节的相对的骨面。常是一凹一凸，表面比较光滑，并由关节软骨覆盖。关节软骨都是透明软骨，薄而坚硬，但各关节软骨厚薄不一，通常厚度为2～7mm，关节软骨本身的不同部位的厚度亦不相同。关节软骨具有弹性，能承受负荷和吸收震荡。其表面光滑并有少量滑液，以减少摩擦，有利于活动。关节软骨内既无血管也无神经，其营养主要由滑液和关节滑膜层的血管渗透获得。
